APPLICATION PROCEDURE:

 Saudi Arabia  visa  application form.

Applicant's passport, must be valid for a minimum period of six months, and at-least four (4) empty pages

Visa application with four (4) photographs on a white background with applicant’s full name on back of each photo (Saudi Visa Application Form)

Vaccinations certificate from GP stapled/inserted in the passport. The applicant should satisfy the health requirements including submitting a certificate of vaccination against i) Fluvax ii) Mencevax ACWY which must have been obtained within the last three years but not sooner than 10 days prior to his/her arrival in Saudi Arabia

For married couples, copy of marriage certificate (Notarised mahram letter for females). For single, divorced or widow women, more then 45 years old no need of mahram.  A copy of ID showing signature of mahram (passport or driver license). A married couple applying for Umrah visas but who have different last names or whose children bear last names different from that of their father, should attach copies of their marriage certificates and/or copies of the birth certificates of their children.

For children, certified copy of birth certificate, for children age three months to 12 years, parents should consult their primary care doctors

A letter from your local Islamic centre/mosque, declaring that you are alhamdolillah Muslim (Declaration of conversion to Islam)
